In case you haven’t heard, Union University (see also website for UU Emergency) was hit by a tornado last night. Several people have already called for prayer for the students. No students were seriously injured, according to Ellsworth and Union President David Dockery.
The campus was badly damaged. Dockery said. “Every dorm is completely damaged.” A total of 51 students were taken to the hospital. Nine of those had serious injuries, Ellsworth said.
