Sneak Peak: Sunday School Wiki

I want to let you know about a new website that I’m working on and ask for your help.

It’s called Sunday School Wiki and the idea is to create open-source Bible teaching curriculum for children, youth and adults. The edit feature is password protected to avoid vandalism, so if you want full access you’ll need to email me.

How You Can Help

  • Check out the website and send me your feedback
  • Send me your old Bible study lessons to add to the site
  • Become an editor and help improve the site

What Next

Sometime next week, I’ll record a how-to video to help editors work more effectively. The site uses wiki markup tags which are fairly easy to learn. I was a complete novice four days ago and now I’ve built nearly 50 pages of content.

I consider the site in pre-launch, so I won’t be heavily promoting it yet. My primary goal is to find volunteers and begin building a solid collection of lesson plans. You are welcome to link to the site, just emphasis that it is in the early stages and I need all the help I can get.

  1. Tony,
Brilliant idea! I look forward to seeing how this develops.

I’ll be adding a link at my blog.
