		<description>Cool.  Very cool.  I am convinced that being trained at a good local church is far more important than seminary education.  So, as churches and pastors we have to make room for aspiring pastors to come on staffs and lead and be trained, etc.  BTW, if anyone wants to come to South Dakota to be trained and then to plant a church, let me know!</description>
